Fjord is run by a small team that genuinely gets on. We take the food seriously and ourselves a bit less so, and most of what makes a good day here comes down to the people working it.
Everyone has a hand in the detail, from the morning coffee to the last plate of the evening. We’d rather keep things tight and consistent than big and busy, so the welcome stays warm and the standards stay high.
